This nostalgic A-frame beach cottage in Old Town has just been completely remodeled in 2020 and brought back to the island charm of Port Aransas. This is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, gourmet kitchen, large deck off the front to enjoy coffee, morning breezes, star gazing at night and a large patio underneath to enjoy meals and relaxing. Living Area

The living room is open to the kitchen /dining area and has a couch and love seat. There is a flat panel TV with Cable and WIFI. There is also a desk and chair if you need to conduct business while on vacation. The unique spiral staircase leads up to the loft and the 4th bedroom.

4 Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have Queen sized beds. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 4th bedroom is upstairs and has 2 twin trundle beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. The loft also has a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom has a 32 inch SMART TV, these tv's do not have cable tv but you are welcome to sign in on Netflix, Amazon, and Youtube etc with your account.

3 Bathrooms

The 1st bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and has a walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom has hallway access and has a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bathroom is upstairs and is ensuite with a walk-in shower. There is also a enclosed shower outside with hot and cold water.

Kitchen

The kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is a dining table to seat 6 and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. Outside there is also a picnic table to enjoy BBQing and outdoor dining.

Outdoor Areas

The upstairs deck gets lots of sun. There are some patio chairs, but feel free to bring your own. Downstairs is shaded with a BBQ grill and picnic table. The Hot and Cold enclosed outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is also storage for your beach and fishing equipment. There is also a backyard.

Parking

There is parking for 4 vehicles. Small boat parking is OK.
